Based from Apex's Boston office, Fields is a seasoned environmental professional with more than 20 years of experience in urban harbor development, as well as broader planning and permitting consulting skills. His primary focus is land use with coastal and inland wetland issues, including dredging projects, stormwater and general compliance.
